Abstract:Based on drop impact experiments, the dynamic impact curves of three different honeycomb paperboards from 0.3, 0.6, 0.9 m height were analyzed, and its energy absorption diagram was established. The experimental results showed that the best energy absorption points shifted to the upper right with the increasing thickness to length ratio of honeycomb cardboard, and the energy absorption capacity per unit volume increased; the best energy absorption points did not change with impact height while fully crushed.
