An environmental friendly and energy saving full automatic sorting and packaging equipment for paper characteristic based carton in secondary sorting packaging in cigarette packaging logistics was developed after a detailed introduction of the design requirements, structure and working mechanism. The debugging and professional evaluating results of the model machine show that this equipment has a compact conformation, stable performance and an excellent capacity of resisting disturbance. Furthermore, the high efficiency and accuracy with great speed are achieved in order sorting and packaging process.
