Abstract:The management talents for packaging industry should have forward-looking vision, comprehensive knowledge, international perspective and social responsibility. The training mechanism of China’s packing industry has the following problems: the vague position, inability to adapt to industry needs, culture homogeneity, inability to meet the diverse needs of industry professionals, incompatibility between teaching and practice, inability to develop practical talents, outdated teaching methods, undiversified teaching method to cultivate creative talents. Therefore, the demands should be met on reorientation of training objectives, reforming and innovating training model and training methods, dual-qualified teachers training, teaching system strengthening, combination of theory and practice, diversity of teaching methods to train the packaging industry management talents to satisfy requirements of society and industry.
