Abstract:The coating was prepared by electroless plating of Ni-P on 316L stainless steel. Then the coating was covered by electroplating Ni-Cu at different temperatures. The effects of temperature of electroplating on the morphology and structure of coating were studied, and the corrosion resistance of coating on substrate was discussed in the simulated environment of PEMFCs. SEM and XRD were used to characterize the morphology and crystal structure of coating. The electrochemical workstation was used to study the corrosion resistance and stability of coating on 316L stainless steel. The results showed that the surface of coating was dense at 60 ℃, the Ni-Cu alloy was embedded in the coating, and the corrosion current was the smallest, with the value being 1.67×10-5 A/cm2. The coating reached the best corrosion resistance and stability.
