    摘要:

    以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、钛酸丁酯(TBOT)为前驱体,采用溶胶 - 凝胶法,经高压喷涂工艺和 450 ℃热处理,在透明玻璃表面涂覆 TiO 2 /SiO 2 复 合薄膜。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X 射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶红外 光谱(FTIR)对 TiO 2 /SiO 2 复合薄膜表面形貌和组织结构进行表征;结合膜 层表征结果,借助可见分光光度计和自制玻璃隔热装置对玻璃透光和隔热性 能进行检测和分析。实验结果表明:玻璃表面涂覆 TiO 2 /SiO 2 复合薄膜后,可 见光范围内(400~800 nm)玻璃透光率在 80% 以上;相对于空白玻璃,玻 璃的隔热温度达 4.5 ℃。

    Abstract:

    :By adopting the sol-gel method, the TiO 2 /SiO 2 composite films were coated on the transparent glass with the ethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and butyl titanate (TBOT) as precursor, while prepared by high pressure spraying process and treated at temperature of 450 ℃ . The morphological characteristics and microstructure of TiO 2 /SiO 2 com- posite films coated on the glass surface were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Combined with the characterization results of the TiO 2 /SiO 2 compos- ite films, the light transmission and heat insulation properties of the glass were tested and analyzed by using a visible spectrophotometer and a self-made glass heat insulation device. The results showed that, after coating the glass surface with the TiO 2 /SiO 2 composite films, the transmittance of glass in the visible light range (400~800 nm) was above 80%. Compared with blank glass, the thermal insulation temperature of glass was 4.5 ℃ .
