Abstract:In view of the ever-increasing environmental problems, with a reasonable structure design, the environment-friendly kraft paper bag was prepared by using kraft paper and non-woven fabric to replace the degradation-resistant plastic, while the research on preservation effect of fruits and vegetables was conducted. The results showed that the environment-friendly kraft paper bag could not only degrade, but also adjust the air conditioning ratio during the transport and storage period of fruits and vegetables, improve the storage environment, optimize the preservation effect. This bag showed good practicability and good sensory quality, and provided a theoretical reference for the development of green, safe and environment-friendly packaging.
