    摘要:

    根据食品药品冷链保温箱内温湿度数据的实时监测和国家食品药品监督管理总局下发的《药品经营管理规范》要求,开发了温湿度云监测系统。该系统包括温湿度云监测仪与冷链监测云平台。温湿度云监测仪实时采集保温箱内数据,通过GPRS网络传输数据至云端服务器。用户可通过冷链监测云平台查看实时温湿度数据、地理位置信息等。该系统采集的温湿度数据精度分别为±0.3 ℃和±3%,无线传输稳定可靠。该系统可以应用于食品药品冷链包装领域。

    Abstract:

    In view of real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity data of cold chain incubator and the requirements of Good Supplying Practice issued by China Food and Drug Administration, the wireless temperature and humidity monitoring system composed of wireless temperature and humidity monitor and cold chain monitoring cloud platform was developed. The wireless temperature and humidity monitor could collect real-time data of cold chain incubator, and transmit data to the cloud server through the GPRS network. The users could view real-time temperature and humidity data and geography information through cold chain monitoring cloud platform. The accuracy of temperature and humidity data collected by the system was ±0.3 ℃ and ±3% respectively, and the stability of wireless transmission was reliable. The system could be used in the cold chain packaging field of food and drug.
