    摘要:

    高强瓦楞复合纸板质量较轻,可回收循环利用,节能环保,成本较低,可用于开发新型环保的纸屏风产品。采用高强瓦楞复合纸板为屏风主体材料,设计并制作了可折叠式纸屏风和插屏式纸屏风两款产品,研究了其设计、结构及组装方式,并分析了其在室内低风速载荷条件下的翻倒问题。计算结果表明:纸屏风的稳定性能跟屏风的高度成反比例关系,与屏风的两支脚间距成正比例关系;在室内低风速载荷条件下,所设计的屏风不会发生翻倒。

    Abstract:

    Corrugated composite paperboard could be used to develop new environmental friendly paper screen products because it is light, recyclable, energy saving, environment protective and economical. The paper folding screen and plaque type paper screen products were made of the corrugated composite paperboard. The design, structure, and assembling of the screen were researched. The stability of the screen was analyzed with indoor wind loading. The calculation result showed the higher the screen, the worse the screen stability. With the increase in the distance between the feet, the stability of the screen could be improved. In indoor application, the screen would not be overturned by the low speed wind.
