    摘要:

    利用SolidWorks进行包装容器设计,设计师可花费较少时间设计出较好的产品。以红酒瓶设计为例,应用SolidWorks软件可进行以下工作:实体建模与零件、装配设计;各项数据查询和计算;生成二维工程图,快速、准确地完成各种复杂模型的二维图纸绘制和修改;对产品外形设计效果进行渲染,并将其直观形象地展示出来;进行有限元分析,得出在环境和承载时出现的最大应力应变值和最大位移值及部位,帮助设计人员筛选出最合理的包装容器设计方案。

    Abstract:

    Compared with the similar software, designers can spend less time in designing better products using SolidWorks. Taking design of red wine bottle as an example, software SolidWorks was mainly used for modeling and assembly design. The following functions could be realized: calculating and locating data, generating two-dimensional drawings, completing drawings and modifying the complex models of two-dimension quickly and accurately, rendering the effect of the product and displaying its visual image. Above all, it could reach the results of the maximum stress strain, maximum displacement in the environment and bearing capacity through finite element analysis. In the end, it can help the designers to choose the most reasonable design of the package containers.
