    以某型220 t电动轮自卸车车厢为研究对象,利用HyperWorks建立了自卸车车厢的有限元模型,对自卸车车厢的满载静止、满载转弯、满载制动、满载转弯制动、满载匀速及满载举升6种工况进行有限元分析,并基于Optimization模块对车厢厢体结构进行了尺寸优化,以该自卸车车厢板块厚度作为设计变量,在保证结构应力满足设计要求的前提下尽量减少车厢的质量,最终车厢整体质量降幅达到22.9%,实现了车厢轻量化设计目标。

    Abstract:

    Taking a 220 t electric wheel dump truck as the research object, a finite element model has been established, followed by a finite element analysis of six working conditions of the dump truck carriage: full load stationary, full load turning, full load braking, full load turning braking, full load constant speed, and full load lifting. Based on the Optimization module, the size of the carriage structure is optimized, with the thickness of the dump truck carriage plate as the design variable so as to minimize the weight of the carriage as much as possible while ensuring that the structural stress meets the design requirements. Thus the overall mass of the final carriage decreases by 22.8%, achieving the goal of lightweight design for the carriage.
