    以低聚物聚酯多元醇与异氰酸酯反应,合成了一种可被用于高阻隔复合包装膜、具有较强的黏结性能和耐蒸煮性能的聚氨酯胶黏剂。并探究了不同反应条件对聚氨酯胶黏剂及复合薄膜性能的影响。研究发现,主剂的初始黏度与反应温度呈正相关,异氰酸酯基与羟基的物质的量之比(简称R值)越大,则初始黏度和复合膜的平均剥离力越大;而R值过大或三醇占总醇的物质的量之比过大,则合成的聚氨酯胶黏剂越易出现凝胶。较优条件下制备的复合膜的透水率为1.05 g/(m2·d),透氧率为0.62 cm3/(m2·d),并具有良好的耐高温蒸煮性能。

    Abstract:

    Based on the reaction of oligomer polyester polyols with isocyanates, a polyurethane adhesive is synthesized with strong adhesion and cooking resistance, which can be used for high barrier composite packaging films, followed by an exploration into the effects of different reaction conditions on the properties of polyurethane adhesives and composite films. Research has found that the initial viscosity of the main agent is positively correlated with the reaction temperature. The higher the R value (the ratio of the amount of isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups), the higher the initial viscosity and average peeling force of the composite film will be. However, when the R value is too high or the proportion of trialcohol to total alcohol is too large, the synthetic polyurethane adhesive tends to gelation. The composite membrane prepared under optimal conditions is characterzied with a water permeability of 1.05 g/(m2·d), an oxygen permeability of 0.62 cm3/(m2·d), and an improved high-temperature retort resistance performance.
