    摘要:

    为了更好地研究离心泵作透平的内流特性,基于标准k-ε湍流模型和SIMPLEC算法,应用CFX流场仿真软件对不同工况下的泵及泵作透平进行了数值计算,得到了不同工况下泵和泵作透平的外特性,并分析对比设计工况下泵及泵作透平的内部流动规律。结果表明:泵作透平过程中,其内部流场特征较泵发生了较大的变化。在最优工况下,透平的效率要比泵的效率高,且透平内部流场压力、速度等较泵分布更为均匀,在叶轮流道内能量发生了较大的变化,使用CFD技术可以很好地研究泵作透平的流动特性。

    Abstract:

    In view of a better study on the internal flow characteristics of centrifugal pumps as the turbine, based on standard k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm, a calculation can be made of the pump and pump turbine under different working conditions by using the flow field simulation software CFX, thus obtaining the external characteristics of the pump and pump turbine under different working conditions, followed by an analysis and comparison of the internal flow laws of pump and pump turbine under design conditions. The results show that the characteristics of the internal flow field change greatly during the pumping process. Under the optimal working condition, the efficiency of the turbine is higher than that of the pump, and the distribution of pressure and velocity in the flow field inside the turbine is more uniform than that of the pump, with the energy in the impeller passage changing greatly. Therefore, CFD technology can be applied for the study on the flow characteristics of pumps as the turbine.
