    从电动汽车空调系统节能减噪的角度出发,分析了不同空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法在不同频率下电机输出的电流谐波分量和开关损耗。设计一个组合式SVPWM算法,通过算法的切换在电机复杂工况中满足节能和减噪的要求。在Matlab/Simulink中对基于模型参考自适应系统的永磁同步电机无传感器控制进行了仿真,结合逆变器的开关损耗特性以及在低转速下电机转矩控制高精度的要求,确定了两种SVPWM算法在整个速域的切换点。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:From the perspective of energy saving and noise reduction of electric vehicle air conditioning system, an analysis has been made of the current harmonic components and switching losses of motor output at different frequencies by different space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithms. A combined SVPWM algorithm is designed to meet the requirements of energy saving and noise reduction in complex working conditions of motors by switching the algorithm. A simulation test has been carried out on the sensorless control of PMSM based on the model reference adaptive system in Matlab/Simulink. Combined with the switching loss characteristics of inverters and the requirement of high accuracy for motor torque control at low speed, the switching points of two SVPWM algorithms can be determined in the whole speed range.
