The specialα-double diagonally dominant matrix is defined, and an equivalent representation for strictly special quasi α-double diagonally dominant matrix is presented. And the judgment condition for nonsingular H-matrices is obtained. The efficiency of the judgment condition is illustrated with a numerical example.
