Fuzzy bilevel linear programming model with multiple followers under upper constraints is discussed; The model optimal solution is proved to be equivalent to the optimal solution of typical bilevel linear programming model with multiple followers by structured element theory. By means of the vertex enumeration approach, the optimal solution of the model is obtained. An illustrative numerical example is provided to demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method.
