    摘要:

    采用模压发泡法制备了乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)/纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO3)复合发泡材料。研究了添加不同质量分数的nano-CaCO3、发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)、交联剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)等对EVA/nano-CaCO3复合发泡材料发泡性能的影响;重点研究了不同质量分数的nano-CaCO3对复合发泡材料的力学性能和发泡形态的影响。结果表明:AC添加质量分数为9%、DCP添加质量分数为1.0%、nano-CaCO3添加质量分数为15%左右时,所得EVA/nano-CaCO3复合发泡材料的综合性能最佳。扫描电镜研究结果表明:nano-CaCO3添加质量分数为0~15%时,可以明显地提高复合发泡材料泡孔尺寸的均匀性,泡孔变小,气泡个数增加;当其添加质量分数大于15%后,泡孔容易出现坍陷,泡孔变大。

    Abstract:

    EVA/nano-CaCO3 foam composites were prepared through molded foam method. The influence of diffe-rent contents of blowing agent AC,cross linking agent DCP and nano-CaCO3 on the foaming effect of EVA/nano-CaCO3 foam composites were studied. At the same time,the effect of different contents of nano-CaCO3 on the mechanical properties and foaming form were discussed. The results show that: when the contents of AC, DCP and nano-CaCO3 are 9%, 1%, 15% respectively, the comprehensive performances of the foam composites are optimal. The SEM indicates that: when the contents of nano-CaCO3 at 0~15%, can significantly improve the bubble hole size uniformity, reduce bubble hole size and increase bubble numbers; when filling quantity is higher than 15%, bubble hole is easy to appear slump and bubble hole becomes bigger.
