    摘要:

    根据“和谐号”动力机车用冷却塔的振动信号特点,设计了振动测试平台;利用LabVIEW软件编程实现了上位机软件,可以实时显示振动信号;利用经验模态分解方法对振动信号进行重构滤波和时频分析,为判断冷却塔的故障提供依据;将该方法与Butterworth滤波器进行了比较,证明了该方法的优越性。实验结果表明:该方法能准确判断冷却塔的振动状况,提高了对冷却塔的质量监管,为动力机车的正常运行提供了保障。

    Abstract:

    According to the characteristics of the cooling tower vibration signals in the"harmonious"power locomotive, designs the vibration test platform. By means of programming technology of LabVIEW, realizes the PC software and real-time display of the vibration signals. Applies the method of empirical mode decomposition to reconstruction filter and time-frequency analysis of the vibration signals, and provides the basis for cooling tower faults judgment. By comparing the proposed method with Butterworth filter, proves the method′s advantages. The experiment results show that the proposed method can accurately judge the cooling tower vibration condition, improves the supervision quality and provides a guarantee for the normal operation of power locomotive.
