Based on the goal of talent education and the freshman's psychological characteristics，the 1+1 bilingual teaching mode for college mathematical fundamental courses is presented. Some experiences on bilingual teaching for Calculus，Linear Algebra and Probability and Statistics are summarized，and the countermeasures are proposed to deal with the problems from the practice of bilingual teaching.
