Abstract:The university and college sports think tanks are characteristic of influencing sports policy, reserving sports talents, non-profit and independence. In the era of new media, less sports think tanks in China consider using new media to expand the influence; they choose few types of platforms, the content of information dissemination is single, they are still in the primary stage of development and exploration, and the level of development is uneven; their ability to participate in decision-making and consultation is not strong, the conversion rate of research results of think tanks is low, and the way to participate in decision-making and consultation is single, the degree of participation is low, and participation is low. There are limited institutional channels. Therefore, sports think tanks in colleges and universities should build a sports big data sharing platform to realize the integration of sports information research and dissemination; improve the sports decision-making consultation system, integrate the two systems of sports decision-making consultation and sports scientific research; realize the two-way linkage mechanism between first-class disciplines and high-end sports think tanks; broaden the source of funding for think tanks for diversified funding sources, innovating the talent training mechanism of think tanks for multi-disciplinary talent reserves and others.
