It is a beneficial attempt of judicial auction reform for Zhejiang court system to do judicial auction through Taobao for the first time in the nationwide. Compared with traditional authorized auction, this auction is intended to overcome many previous shortcomings. Meanwhile in order to provide system construction and technical support for judicial auction through network, rules like determining reserve price, putting auction notice, effective participation of bidders, creating a healthy auction market condition, and technologies such as register-certification, automatic responder, security procedures should be improved.
