Abstract:In view of influence of politics, economy, society, law, culture and peasant workers themselves, China's migrant worker group events occur frequently and labor contradictions is becoming more and more obvious during the period of social transformation. Based on the perspective of human resource management, we take the following three outlook strategies. First, our government will optimize human resource allocation in the macroscopic level. Secondly, the enterprise and labor unions will continue to improve the human resources management from macro perspective. Thirdly, peasant workers themselves will enhance the quality of human resources in the microscopic level. The above solutions can relieve the labor contradictions and considered as an effective way to construct harmonious labor relationship.
