Micro-blogging remarks may be contradict with other people's reputation, privacy, trade secrets and other private rights in the process of its using. In order to protect the freedom of micro-blogging speech and prevent its abuse of the lawful private interests, we need coordination mechanism to resolve the confliction, such as moral, legislative and judicial means.
