The development of science and technology of contemporary society does not mean the end of myths and mythic thinking.However; they conceal in human physical production and cultural activities, and play important functions by transformed ways. In modern times, typical myths are myth of technology, myth of state, myth of ethnics, myth of heroes. They follow the symbols and structure forms of tradition myths and have their own variations as well. They still exert certain positive function and aesthetic influence on literature and art.
