The place facilities of sports public service in Zhuzhou city is improved but still can’t meet the demand of people’s daily increasing physical exercises. The opening of school stadium and playground are in the hope of governments’ endeavor of coordination and integration of present resources. There are many forms of community and public sports organizations，for example，females are the main force of sports population；the percentage of sports instructors with certificates for communities is quite low；plaza dancing of millions of people has become popular but lack of government support.
