The disputes over China English focus primarily on its definition, criteria of acceptability and language features. By analyzing and discussing these issues, this paper firstly redefines China English, then points out that the acceptability of China English depends on its communicative effects and whether it is widely used by the mass. At the end, it discusses the language feaures of China English and holds that China English mainly exists in pronunciation, vocabulary, and text.
