The sinicization of minority surnames is a historical inevitability； while the foreignization of Han surnames into minority ones is just a short-term historical phenomenon， which helped the rulers to solve the hidden dangers left by Emperor Xiaowen’s reform， but the historical trend of the northern minority’s hanization will not be changeded by people’s will .
