The discourse of New Liberalism has great impact on the transformation of China,so it is necessary to rethink and retrospect the discourse.The atomistic and selfish individualism is the philosophy base of New Liberalism ,but this philosophy presupposition is not reliable. Taking the new liberalism as its core, the globalization claims to distribute resourses inequally which is unfair, so we need to rethink and criticize it. This claim is also a subjective advocation and can be debated.
