There exists the phebomenon of vast fluctuation under a thick opportunistic atmosphere in Chinese securities market. And in the financial circle， the theories of “gambling”and “immaturity”have formed on it.However，neither of the viewpoints reveals the profound causes that lead to this unreasonable phenomenon.To see through the appearance to the nature，we should examine the Chinese securities market from a cultural angle，and explore various factors forming the Chinese culture model and their influence on the thinking and action of the Chinese on the securities market，especially their cultural background. This enables our proper understanding of the current situation of the Chinese securities market.
