Chinese-foreign cooperative running of universities is inevitable due to fierce international competition of universities and economical globalization. In order to assure its healthy and rapid development in Hunan Province, not only should the basic situation of the cooperative running of schoos in our province be made clear, but importance should be paid to and proper management is expected from the relationships between internationalism and nationalism, long benefit and temporary benefit, government regulation and school administration.
