The multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of CCP is a basic political system in our country. By means of neo-institutional economics, with system suitability efficiency as a tool of analyzing, and after analyzing the structure efficiency of the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system, it is concluded that the political system in China has its rationality, validity and reality and its suitability efficiency well-suited with the system.
